Alyssa Jones is a Senior UX Designer and accessibility leader with 9+ years of experience simplifying the complex — across enterprise platforms, government products, and everything in between.
Alyssa brings a systems-thinking mindset to every engagement — and increasingly, that includes integrating AI into her workflow in ways that are purposeful, not performative. Whether it's accelerating research synthesis or pressure-testing design decisions, she's always looking for smarter ways to get to better outcomes.
She holds an M.S. in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University and a B.A. in Sociology from The Ohio State University. She has also contributed her time to organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign, where she served on the National Board of Governors.
